ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registrations are processed using ASN Events custom online software, Curinda.  If you have not attended any previously events managed by ASN, you will be required to set-up a profile to register for this event (delegates who have attended other ASN managed events will already exist in the system and will not need to create a new profile).

When complete, your profile will provide you with a dashboard from which you can register for this (and other) event as well as submit abstracts and register to attend ancillary meetings and/or social functions.

GROUP MANAGERS

If you are a group manager responsible for arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please CLICK HERE to view registration instructions.

If you are a group manager arranging payment of registrations for delegates outside of your organisation, please contact Cara Maltman at cm@asnevents.net.au with the following details:

-    Name of sponsored delegate(s)
-    Items and amounts to be covered as part of the sponsorship
-    Name of conference

EARLY BIRD RATE PAYMENTS

Payment for early bird registration must be received before the close of early bird deadline - March 29th 2018.  Payments received after this day may not be eligible for listed early bird rate. 

PAYMENTS

A secure site is provided for online payments. Payment options are:

Credit card -  Visa or Mastercard
Surcharge prices for VISA/MC (1.10%) and Amex (3.3%)
Cheque - (either personal or from your institute)
Direct debit - (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your profile at any time.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations received in writing 30 Days prior to the conference will incur a cancellation fee of A$100. No refund is available after the 30 Day deadline however registrations can be transferred to a substitute delegate without penalty.
